This Paper Plate Snowman Garland was inspired by an activity in "DK's: The Merry Christmas Activity Book".
Supplies needed:
- Paper plates
- paper for eyes, nose, and mouth
- glue stick
- scissors
- hole punch
- yarn/ string (to hang it!)
Snowman Craft
Begin by cutting out circular eyes, triangular nose, crescent mouth.
Assemble face by gluing the eyes, nose, and mouth on the paper plate.
Next, punch two holes near the top of the paper plates.
String yarn thru each snowman, and.....
Voila! Snowman Garland!
I prepped the activity by doing all the cutting, but if you child is up for it, have him/her practice the scissor skills by cutting a few pieces, too.
And now we have some adorable looking snowmen hanging from our window!
I'd love for you to follow along so you never miss out on one of our fun activities we share at School Time Snippets!
