Learn about the letter W with your little one with these fun activities and printables. W is for weather, the Wild West, watermelon, and winter! These activities are perfect for toddlers and preschoolers!
Our Tot School week with Letter W was a mix of a couple activities I created, I found online, and printables I had saved from when Big Brother's preschool days-- so thankful for a laminator!! Enjoy!
I hope you can use some of these activities to teach your child the Letter W!

Letter W Activities
W is for Weather Do a Dot sheet:
I gave her cotton balls to use to cover the dots, but I made them a bit too small, so the cotton balls pretty much covered everything.

Fill Up the Wagon Math Activity:
In hindsight, I wish I just had little sis roll a dice to fill up the wagon with the foam blocks as she was more interested in just filling it up rather than counting anyways.
Watermelon Shape Match:
Thankfully saved these printables from when Big Brother did a letter w themed week oh so long ago! Little Sis actually completed all the cards for this activity.
3 Part Winter Puzzle:
I do not remember where I found this puzzle; it was in my stash from when Big Brother was about 3ish.... I also have 3 Part cards for the other seasons, but just did W for Winter.
This page is from her Kumon Cut & Paste booklet. I had her cut up pieces from a strip of white paper for snow. With the cutting and gluing, it made for a great fine motor activity, too!
Hope you enjoyed the snippets of our recent Tot School week!
I enjoyed creating a few printables for Little Sis to use and I'd love to share them with you, too! Please do not share the printables, tell them about School Time Snippets, instead : )
